At MedTech, we want to make sure that you are fully satisfied before registering the software. That's why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. You do not need to register this software within the first 30 days after installation; however, if you're satisfied, you can register it anytime. Once registered, the sale is final and the software can no longer be returned for a refund.
- Open the software.
- Until you register the software, this prompt will pop up on your screen:
- Click on "Enter Validation ID"; this will pop up on your screen:
You have not yet been issued a Validation ID so that field is blank for now.
- Copy or cut-and-paste the Registration Number so you can fill in that number on the Software Registration webpage. When that number is entered online, click "Submit".
- On the next webpage, you are assigned a Validation ID. You can now go back to your software to fill in the assigned Validation ID number. When that number is filled in, click OK.
Your software is now completely registered.

Troubleshooting
Some customers have trouble installing and registering this software due to an anti-virus program. This may be resolved by turning off the anti-virus program, installing this software, and then reactivating the anti-virus program.
During the registration process and even after registration, a few of our customers have computers that prompt this error message:
If you get this message, click on Cancel.
To resolve this problem, re-install the software. Begin by inserting the CD-ROM for this software into your computer. Go to "My Computer" on your desktop and double-click the program to open it. Depending on the software, you will have one to three folders which make up the program. Here are the folders for the different MedTech products covered by this booklet:

Each one of these folders has a "SETUP.EXE" file (if there is more than one file in a folder with this name, we are only concerned with the one with the colorful icon). In each of the folder(s), click on the SETUP.EXE icon and follow the prompts; continue to click on "Next" until you get the following message:
Click on Yes. You will get a prompt that says "Setup Completed." (Remember that you need to do this with one to three SETUP.EXE files -- depending on the software.) The software is now successfully installed and you can proceed with the registration process as described inside this booklet.
Because we have deleted the previous installation and reinstalled the program, you may need to reboot your computer to complete this process.
