Thirty Day Grace Period

At MedTech, we want to make sure that you are fully satisfied before registering the software. That's why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. You do not need to register this software within the first 30 days after installation; however, if you're satisfied, you can register it anytime. Once registered, the sale is final and the software can no longer be returned for a refund.

After 30 days, if you have not registered the software, a Registration Alert notice like the one below will appear every time the program is started for an additional 15 days.

When you're ready to register, click on the "Yes" button and the Registration form will pop up so that you can complete the registration process (see the screenshot below).

If you still have not registered after those 15 days have lapsed, the program will stop running until the registration is completed.

Obtaining the Device Serial Number

To register the software, you need the Device Serial Number of the software that you have already installed.

Please note that the serial number needed for registration is NOT the same as the one on the jewel case. The application generates a unique serial number for your device which is required to generate a Validation Key for that device only.

For the Windows version of DiagnosisPro 6.0, CME Tracker 2004 and MedTech Spellchecker: to get your Device Serial Number, either click on "Yes" in the Registration Alert window or follow these steps:

You now have access to your Device Serial Number. (In some versions, you may need to click the "Validation Key" button at the bottom of this screen to get the Device Serial Number.)

In the "How would you like to register?" drop-down menu, it shows that you have six methods to choose from to register your software. We suggest that the easiest and surest way to register this software is online though you have other options as listed.

From the screen above, if you choose to register "Online" and then click "Continue", you will get the Registration screen that follows. As you can see, this screen also has your Device Serial Number. The field for the Validation Key is blank for now but we'll come back to fill it in after we register online.

For the Pocket PC (DiagnosisPro only): To get your Device Serial Number, either click on "Yes" in the Registration Alert window or follow these steps:

Once again, you have access to the Device Serial Number (note that this number will be different than the one for the Windows version because every device generates a different number). The field for the Validation Key is blank; we'll come back to fill that in later after registering online.

Registering Online

For the Windows version, by selecting "Online" in the drop-down menu as shown above and clicking on the "Continue" button, you will be automatically connected to our online Software Registration Page at diagnosispro.com.

For the Pocket PC version (DiagnosisPro only), go online to diagnosispro.com and click on the Registration button on the left side of the screen; this takes you to the Software Registration page where you choose DiagnosisPro 6.0 and click Submit.

For both versions, you will be asked for your last name and the Device Serial Number generated by your software.

That's it - you've finished the software registration process.

Please note that you need a different Validation Key for each installation of your software (that is, if you install the device on a desktop but want to install it on your laptop as well, you will need to register the software a second time to get a different Validation Key for the laptop). A single user's software license limits registration to three computers.
