In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend that customers use the same address for both billing and shipping. Otherwise, your order may be delayed for further verification.
The following shipping days are estimates depending on availability of the stock. The costs for shipping are valid for software; the cost of shipping books may be more depending on the weight.
When you order online, choose your shipping option (e.g., regular or express) and the cost will be figured into your bill.
We ship worldwide. Overnight delivery is available on many items.
Residents in all states other than California do not pay sales tax for our products. California residents add 7.25% sales tax; residents of Los Angeles County add a total of 8.25% sales tax.
For products that are exclusively "online" where no shipping is involved, no tax is charged to any customer regardless of where they live.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all items. For a few of our online products like the DiagnosisPro Online Version, we offer a free 30-day trial period. However, for most of our products, customers pay for the products upfront and are then guaranteed their money back if they decide to return the products within 30 days. The money back guarantee is no longer valid once the customer has officially registered the software and received its validation key code.
Shipping charges are not refundable. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
To establish an account and to purchase from us, the personal customer information that you provide -- including your credit card information -- is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use SSL technology to prevent such information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers located at restricted-access sites.
The license for a single user of any of our products is a legally binding License Agreement granting one user certain rights for the access and use of the software's electronic content. (Review our License Agreement for single users.)
If your organization is interested in a special licensing agreement to make any of our products available to multiple users - either by sharing one computer (an Institutional License) or on several computers (a Network License), please contact MedTech USA. You can do so by going to the Online Store; put the item that you are interested in sharing with multiple users in your "Quotation Cart" and then fill out the request form so that we can assess your needs and quote a price to you.
Each multi-user licensing contract is based upon mutually agreeable terms to make our products more affordable for the use by several people in your organization.
For your safeguard and ours, it is strongly suggested that the billing address of the credit card and the shipping address to receive the product are the same. If the billing address for your credit card is different from the shipping address, please fax a copy of a document that includes both your name and the billing address. This verification is for your protection as well as ours.
